Contract Terms & Conditions

Scope of Service

This estimate covers a full-service and maintenance package, including professional installation, seasonal maintenance as needed, safe removal at the end of the season, and secure off-season storage.
The quoted amount includes all
labor, materials, and management required to perform these services.

Ownership Clarification

All materials—lighting products, cords, timers, clips, wreaths, garlands, and décor—are provided by Paint Denver as part of the service.
This agreement does
not constitute a sale of materials. Clients are purchasing the service of installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. All décor and lighting remain the property of Paint Denver LLC.

Maintenance and Warranty

Seasonal maintenance is included at no additional charge for normal wear, weather-related adjustments, or minor issues.
Damage caused by external interference (e.g., pets, tampering, power interruptions, or third-party damage) may incur a service fee.

Removal and Storage

At the end of the season, Paint Denver will remove and store all décor and lighting components.
Storage, labeling, and reuse logistics are handled exclusively by Paint Denver per internal inventory and safety SOPs.

Payment Terms

A 50 % deposit is required to schedule installation. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Non-payment may result in suspension of services and/or removal of installed materials.
All invoices are subject to Paint Denver’s finance and scheduling policies outlined in the Client Journey Matrix.

Cancellation Policy

Because materials and labor are prepared and scheduled in advance, cancellations after staging or installation begins will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable once material staging or installation work has started.

Client Acknowledgment

By accepting this estimate, the client acknowledges that all décor and materials remain the property of Paint Denver LLC and authorizes Paint Denver to install, remove, and store them as part of a full-service Christmas Lighting Program.


Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Referrers and referred clients each receive the listed incentive only for the first year of a new client’s installation.
Repeat-year renewals or existing customers do not qualify for additional referral credits.
Referral rewards are processed once the referred client’s project is completed and paid in full.
